Nendo Office

Would you feel inspired in an office like this?  I think that a unique and original environment like this would encourage us to think differently.  I mean even just the walls are different to any walls I've seen before, how beautiful and yet practical for an office environment.  The whole experience of walking through this office is totally different, you need to step over the doors and you are constantly conscious of your environment.

Japanese designers Nendo:
We wanted the usual spaces and functions -meeting space, management, workspace and storage- to be separate, but also to maintain a sense of connection between them. To achieve this effect, we divided the space with walls that seem to sag and flop like a piece of cloth held up between two hands, enclosing the various spaces more than the usual office dividers, but less than actual walls.

Twinkle Toes

To me, these shoes represent the perfect balance of technology and design.  Designed by Italian designer Francesca Catagnacci, the shoes involve fibre optic fibers woven into fabric.  The result is a unique, bright, slightly futuristic and at the same time a very chic shoe.  Of course we have seen fibre optics used before however I have never seen them used in such a sophisticated way.  To find out more visit Yatzer.
